Miracle, air India survivor

In a shocking turn of events following this afternoon’s devastating Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad, initially believed to have left no survivors, authorities have confirmed that one passenger has miraculously survived.

Just hours after issuing a “no survivors” statement, the Ahmedabad police revealed that a man seated in 11A was found alive. Eyewitnesses reported seeing him walking around the wreckage, his white T-shirt and dark trousers remarkably untouched by the flames.

Viswashkumar Ramesh, a British national, is the only known survivor of Air India Flight 171 for now. He was sitting in seat 11A. According to reports, he jumped out of the emergency exit.

He’s quoted as saying: “30 seconds after takeoff there was a loud noise and then the plane crashed. It all happened so quickly. When I got up there were bodies all around me”.
